NDIS Funded Support
Depending on your NDIS plan goals and funded supports, Indigicare Connect can assist with the following:
Social Community and Civic Participation
Indigicare Connect can assist you with Social Community and Civic Participation. For example, a support worker to assist you to participate in social and community activities or events.
Assistance with Daily Life/Activities
Indigicare Connect can assist with Daily Life/Activities. For example, assistance with personal care, working towards a healthy lifestyle, household cleaning and/or yard maintenance and learning basic employable skills.
Transport
Some participants may have transport funded in their plan. Indigicare Connect has a wheelchair accessible bus. Travel enables participants to access the community for educational, recreational, and vocational purposes. If this support is funded in your plan, you will receive funds fortnightly in advance to pay for services of your choice.
Improved Health & Wellbeing
If you are an NDIS participant and have been approved for the support category ‘improved health & wellbeing’ in your NDIS plan, you can work with our Support Workers and Allied Health professionals who will provide you with the tools to improve your health.
